706‑7K‑01040 integrated swing motor gearbox assembly is specially designed for Komatsu PC400LC‑8 and PC450LC‑8 mining excavators. It fully matches OEM mounting dimensions and oil port layout, enabling direct replacement of original swing drive without any modification on pipelines or base frame.

Equipped with swash plate piston hydraulic motor and heavy‑duty planetary reduction gear set, this unit delivers powerful swing torque for frequent heavy rotation in quarry sites. It maintains stable swing start & stop performance without pressure loss or speed drop during slope climbing and heavy loading tasks.

Built‑in hydraulic holding brake automatically locks the upper structure after shutdown to prevent sliding on steep slopes. Hardened precision planetary gears and needle roller bearings provide excellent impact & wear resistance, effectively reducing common failures such as gear breaking, abnormal noise and internal leakage.

The thickened cast steel one‑piece housing with precisely machined high‑pressure oil passages, paired with high‑pressure resistant FKM oil seals, prevents oil seepage under long‑term high‑temperature, dusty and polluted hydraulic oil working conditions.
